*Total sum of funding from all alumni, not necessarily directly related to the Pitch Club
Started with the goal and idea of building a solid and strong startup ecosystem out of the highly fragmented Frankfurt Rhine-Main startup scene, the Pitch Club is now the most successful pitch format in the region.
In the past 31 editions, 317 exciting, pre-selected startups have participated and presented their companies to a total of more than 1,190 investors. From the very beginning, the Pitch Club has deliberately focused on the core problem of the founders – namely raising capital. And with great success: of the participating companies, over 47% have received financing to date. In total, startups that took part in a Pitch Club event were awarded well over 660 million euro in funding!
But often founders lack not only capital, but also the necessary expertise and experience. The Pitch Club Company Builder supports founders in the areas of IT, sales, marketing and HR. In addition, the Pitch Club offers various services for startups and corporates. From startup coaching to various pitch workshops for incubators and accelerators as well as corporate startups to exciting innovation concepts for corporates.
But that’s not all. With strong regional partners such as TechQuartier, Goethe Unibator, HIGHEST, the Business Angel Network and initiatives such as Startup Grind, Station FRM, Hessen Ideen, Frankfurt Forward as well as institutions such as HTAI, Wirtschaftsförderung Frankfurt, Regionalmanagement Nordhessen and Mittelhessen, but also long-term relationships in the private sector such as Dentons, Brainartist, we are also putting Frankfurt, the Rhine-Main region and Hesse more and more on the national and international startup map.
And although we have moved a lot in the last few years, and the Frankfurt Rhine-Main startup scene can now compete with other ecosystems such as Berlin, Munich or Hamburg in some, (few;) areas, we are only at the very beginning, especially if you look at the developments internationally. We are pleased that YOU are also part of the ecosystem or will become part of it and want to contribute to the development of the ecosystem!
»It's time for innovative startups to come back to Frankfurt after 15 years. The Pitch Club makes an elementary contribution to this.«
“Pitch Club #32 – Frankfurt on March 12th, 2025
“Pitch Club #33” – Frankfurt on September 3rd, 2025
On March 12th, 2025, the 32nd edition of the Pitch Club will take place in Frankfurt. As usual, the focus is on early-stage start-ups that can already demonstrate proof of concept.
The event gives young, creative start-ups the opportunity to present their idea to experienced investors. Everything is demanded of the “pitching” start-ups: the stage becomes a “ring” in which the founders have six minutes to prove themselves and defend themselves against critical questions from investors. After the pitches, both sides have the opportunity to get to know each other better in 1-on-1 discussions.
Would you like to be part of the next Pitch Club event? Here you can apply in your category.
At the PITCH CLUB DEVELOPER EDITION, CTOs and IT leads of the MNCs, SMEs and startups pitch their jobs and perks in front of developers and IT professionals in 6 minutes each plus a 2-3 minutes Q&A. In subsequent 1-on-1 conversations, participants learn more about the company.
From 8 p.m., the event opens to all interested parties and turns into the legendary after work party, which ends with cool drinks and good club beats. Attendees have a cordoned-off area for themselves where they can talk directly to potential employers, network – and perhaps even negotiate their first job.
Participation and catering are free of charge for developers and IT professionals. Applications for the “invite-only” event will be accepted at Pitch Club Developer Edition.
The concept was carved out as a spin-off to Pitch Club AG, was adapted to an online edition due to the pandamic in 2020, and nowadays takes place as a live event again. Pitch Club AG is headquarterd in Frankfurt, has an office in Reutlingen and is led by its major shareholders, CEO Stefan Maas (Frankfurt) and CTO Benjamin Geng (Reutlingen).
